I loved how the room was super clean and comfy, and breakfast was just what I needed to kickstart my day. The outdoor swimming pool and lush garden area were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Just a heads up, the room service wasn't available, but it didn't really ruin my experience as everything else was great! 😍

Staff were exceptionally friendly, especially at reception where I received engaging and helpful service. Dining options were delightful. the traditional dishes prepared by the chefs were particularly impressive. However, an unfortunate experience with food led to a health scare, and I was disappointed by the early closure of services, which hindered late meal availability.

However, the internet connection was occasionally unreliable, which was frustrating at times. Dining options remained consistently good, but I wish the lunch service was more reliable too. Overall, it's a great spot for a relaxing getaway!

Amazing ambiance and friendly service

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, as the hotel's decor and atmosphere were stunning. The staff went above and beyond, especially Ireen and Natasha at reception, who made our check-in smooth and welcoming. A special shoutout to the dining team for their delicious and beautifully presented meals. every dish was a treat! If I had to suggest an improvement, a wider drink selection at the bar would be great.
